Environment Analysis
This first step helps us to gain a better understanding of your company’s structure, goals and culture. It also creates an opportunity for in-depth discussion about the working environment of the position to be filled.
Position definition and candidate profile
As a specialised search firm, our goal is to help you to define key elements such as whether the position has been appropriately assessed, the responsibilities generally observed in other environments, a remuneration study and potential target profiles based on our knowledge of the market.
Identification of potential candidates
– Direct approach via our network, thanks to partnerships forged with candidates from the real estate and construction industries
– Consultation of external resume banks
– Use of directories containing the contact details and job titles of recent university graduates
– Use of scenarios to build target company organisation charts allowing us to make contact with their employees
Selection and evaluation of candidates
Each candidate is interviewed in order to match his or her skills to the requirements of the position to be filled, and to your company’s culture. Interviews that focus on past experiences can sometimes provide insight into how a manager handled a given situation, and what the outcomes were. The interview process also includes a testing and advising phase.
Presentation and interviews with your company
Each selected candidate meets with the various members of your organisation involved in recruiting, ideally within ten days after his or her application was submitted.
Following each interview, we discuss the situation with you and the candidate to reassess each party’s motivation and jointly determine the next steps.
Reference cheking
We perform a reference check for each shortlisted candidate. This process only takes place with the consent of the candidate, who is informed of any contact we make with former employers or other relevant parties.
The oral feedback we provide to our client following this reference check is a decisive factor to which we attach great importance.
Negotiation and starting period
We assist both parties throughout the negotiation phase and, if we place a candidate, we can advise him or her about the preliminary formalities of the new position, if desired.
Throughout the entire probationary period, we monitor the candidate’s progress and integration into the new professional environment.
